There are absolutely NO refunds or returns. All sales are final.

Please be aware that some bottles may leak during shipping, we strongly advise buying insurance for your product to insure your purchase is protected if this happens. 

If the order has not been shipped out we will accommodate special requests to cancel the order. Please let us know ASAP if you would like to have the order canceled. Please note any orders cancelled will be charged a 5% chargeback fee.

Once a shipping label has been generated with a tracking number and emailed to you, we may still cancel your order if you wish. Be advised that we can not refund shipping cost and the 5% chargeback fee will be applied as well. 

If an order is refused and shipped back to us we will refund the amount of the product minus a 5% charge back fee and shipping. 

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time. If this happens you will be refunded the full amount.
