Buying Insurance for your purchase covers you for lost, stolen or damaged bottles in transit. If you do not purchase insurance we will not bee able to refund you for the lost, or damaged goods. Please remember that these may happen and it is completely out of our control when the shipping company damages or loses your product.

For damaged bottles we do require that you email us pictures of the bottle that was damaged in transit and the box that it came in. We will then give you the option of having a replacement bottle shipped to you (if the bottle is available) or refund your purchase.
