Good stuff

I got my first bottle of this a couple years ago. It has since been a staple in my bar rotation. Needs to be opened and allowed to sit for a couple weeks after it's first poor. This opens up the bourbon and allows for all of its characters to come through. Considering this is a 100 pr bonded bottle. You are getting something worth paying for.
I've done mixed drinks from the staple Old Fashioned to a Grumpy old man. This is one that's always excellent served neat. Not to over bearing at its proof for those that don't usually drink a higher proofing.
