I can say without exaggeration that Highclere Castle Gin can stand toe to toe with any I have ever tasted, even at twice the price. It goes well in gin and tonic or mixed cocktails but is best served in a martini. The botanicals used in its formulation are exquisite and not overbearing. Not overly juniper flavored and well balanced. Highly recommend!!
