The mixture of these elements are allowed to ferment naturally until perfected. Then small-batch alembic distillation is used to remove impurities and separate alcohol.

The micro-climate and soil conditions around St. Petersburg nurture a superior, highly absorbent charcoal from local birch trees which we use to filter our vodka. St Petersburg^® Vodka’s proprietary, tall-column filtration process is employed for it.
